Conditions for private preschool education institutions
Private schools and kindergartens shall be permitted by the district People’s Committees to satisfy the following conditions:
1. Being in line with the planning on the network of educational establishments, meeting the local socio-economic development requirements, creating favorable conditions for the children to attend school;
2. There are three groups of children, kindergarten upwards with the number of at least 50 children and no more than 15 groups of children, kindergarten;
Having enough managers, teachers and staffs in accordance with the standards prescribed in Articles 14, 15 and 22 of the Regulation issued together with Decision No. 41/2008 / QD-BGDDT, specifically:
3.1. Chairman of the board
3.1.1. The chairman of the board of management shall be elected by the board of management in the form of a secret ballot and shall be recognized by the president of the district people’s committee at the request of the education and training section. . The first term of the Board of Directors is 3 years, the next term is 5 years.
Tuition fees for the following year will be reviewed annually by the school and announced during the third trimester of the current school year.
When applying for registration, parents pay a non-refundable registration fee of 3.400.000VNĐ. The enrollment fee is the administrative cost for each application.
After the student receives the offer letter, the Parent will pay a Non-refundable Application Fee of 45,500,000 VND. Parents only pay a one-time entrance fee to keep students at the school. Only after the Parent has completed the enrollment fee, Student will be officially admitted to the school. Enrollment fee for Preschool is 22,750,000VND. When the student moves from Elementary School to Elementary School, the parent will pay the difference between the Admissions Criteria applicable to the Primary Unit at the time of enrollment and the fee paid at the Kindergarten.
Parents are required to pay a deposit of VND 33,750,000 prior to the Student’s enrollment. The deposit will be refunded only if the parent sends a written notice to the School 90 days prior to the Student’s request for suspension. If the Parent does not file a Notice of Suspension 90 days prior to the final day of the Student’s due process, the College has no obligation to return the Deposit.
